A two and a half hour workshop where you will learn to use superfoods to make quick, tasty and nourishing food. The emphasis of the workshop will be on exploring the benefits of using Superfoods. More and more companies are bringing out superfoods powders and seeds, but which really work and why should you be using them?
We will also be looking at sprouting and why sprouting should form an important part of your diet.
On the day, you will be making and enjoying each of the following delicious vegan, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free meals:
- Superfood Smoothie
- Superfood Salad
- Raw Desert
My aim for this workshop is to provide you with the right knowledge and guidance to really address how you can improve your health by making the simplest of tweaks to your diet. The workshop can only host a maximum of five people, so to avoid disappointment book your place by completing this form.
