Minty Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 150g Spinach
  • 12 Leaves Of Mint
  • 1 Pear
  • 100ml Coconut Water
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Wash the spinach, pear and mint leaves
  • Pop all the ingredients in your blender - No need the peel the pear, simply remove the stalk and use the rest.
  • Make sure to blend at a high speed to get a really smooth consistency -I find Vitamix works best for this.
  • Yes, it really is that simple! X
